All apartments at Woodridge Apartments are prepared, painted and cleaned for new move ins. We will also evaluate the carpet to see if it needs cleaned or replaced. Locks are changed on all move ins.
We have on-site maintenance during business hours and after hours.
You can call the office, do a service ticket through the resident portal, do an emergency after hours ticket with the Yardi Call Center
During hours, you can come to the office with your ID and borrow a key. After hours, you will be charged a $50 lock out fee for the oncall person to let you in..
Yes, there are parking lots throughout the community. No assigned parking.

Each apartment at Woodridge Apartments comes with a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, stove, oven and CAC.
For corporate leases the option to have a furnished unit can be accommodated.

You can pay rent through the Woodridge Apartments' online resident portal via a checking account, debit card or credit card. You can also mail in a check or money order to our PO box.
